Massage Therapy

I specialize in servicing the Brevard County area in Massage Therapy. I will travel to the best hotels and resorts in Cocoa Beach. I find people really appreciate the therapy and different techniques I offer.

Massage is a healthy alternative for people with injuries, stress or for those who just want to relax and enjoy life.

Myofascial Release—By using slow, sustained pressure and strokes you can release tension in the soft connective tissue. These connective tissues often become blocked due to emotional, mental and physical illnesses. This technique is great for lack of mobility, pain, and stress related disorders.

Hot Stone Massage—Designed to create greater intensity of relaxation and a sensation of comfort and warmth by applying water-heated basalt stones of varying sizes to key points on the body.

Swedish Massage—The slow light to medium pressure strokes of this massage are designed with therapeutic benefit in mind. It is used to remove metabolic wastes out of the muscles, improve blood return and relaxes the nerves while stimulating the skin. Swedish massage is the number one component of stress management programs.

Acupressure—Acupressure points are the same as acupuncture points but instead of inserting needles. They are stimulated by pressing with the hands and the fingers, to allow energy to flow through the meridians.

Shiatsu—Shiatsu is the Japanese form of acupressure, used to align energy balance to the body, mind and spirit. Stretches are also used to help circulate the energy along with specific pressure points in the body.

Neuromuscular Therapy—Is a combination of Myofascial Release and Trigger Point Therapy techniques used to balance the nervous system with the musculoskeletal system to relieve nerve pain. This technique will help conditions such as TMJ, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Scoliosis, Sciatica, Fibromyalgia, and migraines.

Trigger Point Therapy—This therapy is designed to release contracted areas in the muscles often referred to as “knots”. Therapists will apply pressure 10-30 second to the trigger points to cause release followed up with stretching to prevent a reoccurrence. This therapy helps to relieve back pain, fibrositis and whip lash amongst other conditions.

Medical Massage—This massage is prescribed by a doctor with instructions for the course of treatment. Designed to treat injuries, illnesses, and aid in rehabilitation, it is often used for pre and post surgery patients.

Deep Tissue Massage—This therapy locates and slowly opens ingrained areas of discomfort and chronic muscle tension. Deep slow pressure is applied often along with heat to release and flush out the muscle.
