My massage technique is eclectic. Having attended many seminars and workshops over the years, I use a variety of modalities during each session. These modalities include: Reflexology, Swedish Massage, Neuromuscular/Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, Reiki, Hot Stone Massage, Sports Massage, and Contrast Therapy (Hydrotherapy Massage). I also offer Pregnancy Massage and Chair Massage*. I specialize in therapy for headache, neck & shoulder pain, sciatica, and plantar fasciitis.
Reflexology is a science that is based on the principle that there are reflex areas in the feet and hands which correspond to all glands, organs and parts of the body. Stimulating these reflexes properly can help many health problems in a natural way.The idea behind Reflexology is not new - in fact, it was practiced as early as 2330 B.C. by the Egyptian culture. Reflexology as we know it today was first researched and developed by Eunice Ingham, the pioneer in this field. I have been practicing Ingham reflexology for over 20 years.
